I have been at Tafe all day.

You did nothing wrong.

People send notes when in that situation. It’s something that is commonly done. What happened next wouldn’t have happened if the other person wasn’t already a bit unstable. Don’t blame yourself

How is your self compassion practice going? This is something that I am working on too. My psychologist is having me write out an affirmation every day as well as one thing I am proud of
