How do you get complex support?

How do you get complex support?

Anyone have advice on who to contact when you need complex support?

I already have a GP, psychiatrist and psychologist, mental health plan, medications and have tried group and individual therapies. They're working but it's not enough.

The mental health line says they can't do anything that I haven't done already, and the hospital says they can't do anything unless I've seriously injured myself.

I'm seriously struggling, but the medical system keeps telling me I'm not a serious enough case.

Thanks @Fawkes for your reply. I'm sorry to hear you've had it tough with the system too - I'm guessing there probably aren't too many people here who have had a truly good experience with medical professionals (not to discredit the hardworking people who really care, who are out there somewhere). If anyone has a good story, I'd love to hear it! It's hard to try and reach out for help when you get dismissed, and I'm struggling to keep up hope with medical professionals.
