@Salus_0891 @tyme I mean these days I've been eating (whatever I can eat before I go to bed) before bedtime, including today with my dinner that I've just finished eating at least an hour or so before my bedtime and it doesn't bother me that I do now eat at night before I go to bed 😄

I'm fine thanks, a bit tired after hospital visiting. Still not back on track after my own hospital stay. But enjoying the autumn weather - Melbourne does seasonal changes well.
