G'day saree999,
It can be so difficult to tell between whats real and what could be symptoms of a mental illness, because whether it's real or not it's still something you are experiencing regardless. If a dog barks at you from across the street then as far as you know a dog really did bark at you from across the street. But if friends, family, or a health care professional are absolutely sure that there was no dog across the street, then it can be difficult to accept their perspective which is entirely different to what you might be experiencing.
My advice old mate :
- Whatever you do always remember that someone cares about you.
- Remember that if you have been diagnosed with a mental illness, even when you're symptoms have gone away and you feel fine you still have a mental illness, and that's nothing to be ashamed of.
- Always take you're medication even when you start feeling better.
- NEVER take any drugs that were not prescribed to you (like marijuana!)
Stay well away from "conspiracy theory" websites. The things they talk about always have the ring of truth to the average person but are ALWAYS fictitious and just plain paranoid. People who are prone to worrying or other mental health problems can get quite upset by particular "conspiracy theories", given your mentioning of "V2K and RNM". Mind control, V2K and RNM is 100% not real and is scientifically impossible I can assure you!
My final piece of advice is if you want to take a scientific approach to your problem, go and see a Doctor, let them try some medication with you and I'll bet that your problem will be solved! It's the only way to do it! The worst thing that can happen is that you will stop feeling like you are being electronically harassed, so it's a big win for you!
All the best and God bless.
