Sending hope love and light

I was reading a beautiful poem about just doing what you can when you are sad or suffering, it said "just stop and rest" then "do some more". I am learning to stop, have a cry, have a nap, then keep going... each time, the tears get less intense...

So if you're going through something tricky and painful right now, stop and rest, cry if you need to, then back yourself, and gently, ever so gently...keep going. Just one foot in front of the other. I am sending so much love to anyone who is trying their best atm. It's tough out there, but you have yourself, the SANE community, and the wonder of the world around.... even a dew drop is beautiful. Also, I personally have a fluffy unicorn 🦄 that I hug when there's just no words..... highly recommend having a fluffy toy to hug 🫂 Sparkles to all.

PS I'm seeing for first time what I've allowed in my life via a DV ex-relationship. I'm feeling truly hopeful ☺️

@Alice10 thankyou for the beautiful words and the reminder. I've been going through alot lately and it meant so much to read this. Life is definitely hard sometimes and at times we push to hard and dont treat ourselves kindly. Sending you lots of love and hugs ❤️

Oh no 😜 these unicorns’ 🦄 lost their unicorn.
On the left Lenny - very polite.
On the right is Gus (Pegasus) - poking his tongue :tongue: out. He also gives kisses if you groom him. Lol
