@Spirit_Healer yeah, my parents are quite similar to your parents in a way that they're both invalidating of my feelings and both are traditional and conservative too. I also dont see why i should move out before getting married either, it's such a stupid cultural value in my opinion. Which is why I always wish that all traditional cultures like these would just completely change and that people of all generations can be more progressive and accepting.

I'm considering taking Hannah with me tomorrow to do my weekly grocery shopping. Maybe it's too much too soon. I don't want to overwhelm her. But she is always super keen, and shows no sign of fear or nervousness.
