Managing thoughts of suicide & self-harm

Battles

Battles

Hi all, does anyone else just feel like life is just one big sh!t show? It's just one thing after another, constant drama, family issues, money struggles, stress, anxiety it's just always something.

When do things get easier, do things ever change?

I've been through more than i care to think about in my life but today has pushed me to breaking point and it's bringing up alot of bad memories of previous suicide attempts.

I just feel like it's not worth it, it's not worth fighting, not worth hanging on anymore.

@MissGremlin Please don't apologise for sharing how you're feeling. It sounds incredibly exhausting to be carrying these thoughts and feeling as though you're constantly having to fight them. I want to reassure you that you absolutely deserve to feel safe, supported and okay. You are not undeserving of recovery, even when it feels impossible to imagine right now

Please remember that taking a step back to look after yourself isn't letting anyone down. Your wellbeing matters too. I hope you can reach out to someone you trust or a crisis support service like Lifeline (13 11 14) if those thoughts become harder to manage or 000 if you’re unable to keep yourself safe

Please keep taking things moment by moment and remember you don't have to face this alone 💛

I’m glad Casper enjoyed it, he must be one happy boy right now!

Are there any comfort movies or shows you could put on right now?
