Nope @Former-Member , never tried it. Not brave enough. Even my pool is heated. No chance getting me in an ice bath no matter how 'therapeutic' it is. A cool shower is okay when it is very hot, but not a cold shower @Former-Member
@Vyv - yes.. all those drink bottles! Seriously, people must have heapsa drink bottles. I have 7 bottles of chilled water in my fridge. I rotate them when I drink them. I have a few bottles each day and LOVE chilled water.

@tyme i don't mind cold showers. I always finish off with a cold shower in summer, once I'm done I turn the hot off and just enjoy the cold water. I grew up with no air-conditioning so I used to lay on the floor with bathers on and place ice cubes on me and spray water over myself 😂.

@tyme I turn the water to cold every time I get out of the shower, 30-40 seconds of cold is meant to be good for me

I have water all the time, esp at bedtime. I cant slepp without water on my bedside. It's a habit.

Yeah it’s mostly at night and at home for me I just forget at work and you know I move around so much in the day that carrying one isn’t practical @tyme should work on that though
