Hey @BPDMALE1981, thank you for sharing your experiences with the community!

Sounds like you are going through a tough time right now, and I am grateful that you have found the Forums, as they are a great place to connect with other like-minded Members.

Not sure what courses you are after, but if you would like support with BPD after hours, please take a look at SANE's Guided Recovery program here https://www.sane.org/referral.

Take care, and thank you again for sharing your experiences with your peers.

Hey @BPDMALE1981 ,

I've got BPD and know first hand how hard it can be. I'm sorry to hear about your loss.

There is certainly support in SA! Not sure where you are, but check out:

https://www.bpd-carers-sanctuary.org/

Family Connections in SA is another one I have heard of.

Actually, for the size of SA, it has more supports than any other state.

Check out this website that has info about other supports in SA.

All the best. Let us know how you go.

Wow. Thank you so much for your reply and information.

I was unaware of how damaging my symptoms were to my relationship and now I want nothing more than to seek help and ensure this never happens again.

I will be sure to check these recommendations out.

At the moment I am feeling so debilitated. Especially since I've heard in some countries, they are accepting euthanasia for BPD sufferers.

This has taken over every minute of every day, working side by side with my grief of losing the only person I can say I truly loved.

Thank you again.
