Hi, I am a very bubbly person, but when I’m depressed, I find socially interacting very overwhelming. I was wondering if there are any gaming groups for beginners or board game groups online that I can join, chat to other people and be a part of a community.

i find it hard to socially interact or even leave my house when i'm feeling low too. it's lovely to see you reach out here and look for connection. we have a number of spaces where you can chat with members (i'll tag you in some soon).
unfortunately we can't share personal and/or identifying information on this forum. this is done to ensure everyone's privacy and safety is protected. hence i've removed your name from your post. members are allowed to suggest apps/sites but they can't share their usernames/game tags and join these games in order to uphold anonymity.
the only one i'm aware of it Roblox and Among Us (which are more for kids, but me and my adult friends played it during covid with our lil cousins and it was quite fun).
