Bipolar - normal is a cycle on the washing machine

Bipolar - normal is a cycle on the washing machine

Hey everyone,

I’d like to create a space for us polar bears to share things that work for us, interesting articles, studies, integrative or complimentary treatments…

Today my share is about - hear hear - sleep hygiene… makes me cringe just writing the words - where’s the throw up emoji? I’ve recently done an online self guided free course with ThisWayUp and it was actually surprisingly helpful. I was very sceptical as I’ve heard all the blah blah blah before. But I started with beginners mind and I have made some changes, they’re not even big or complicated ones, but they help. If I nut it down to two habits that I added, it’s consistent sleep times 11-7 and sitting or walking in the sunshine (cloudy or actaukkynny weather) with my first cup of coffee.

give it a try 🙂 have a great start to the new week 🙂

Hearing you about normal, sleep and bipolar @yggdrasil

I got called bipolar mixed state once… what ever that means

great thread ideas tho

i am so old I remember washing in concrete troughs, then when finally got a machine , it was a twin tub… not so much cycling…lol

but I did get a bicycle… and learned about bell or normal curves before I left school at 16. Poor forums had to put up with my nerdiness and literalness for years

see ya round

but not round like a record ..lol
