I am going ok @outlander, right now I am very tired and will sign off shortly. Hopefully when I wake there will be the sound of soft rain on my roof.
How are you?

I hope you are ok @Former-Member
Remember that pushing through is tiring so don’t forget self-care

@Till23 far from ok. Yes pushing through is tiring, but at the moment I have to keep going. I've been doing little things to try and care for myself but I'm just in a little over my head right now.
Hopefully brighter days are coming, well I have to hope that cos the future scares me at the moment.

@Till23 it's just so many things happening at once. I'm about to be homeless, dealing with ex partner and toxic mother, not sleeping, mental health up sh!t creek. But i put on a smile, a brave face and try to pretend the everything's ok.

Oh wow @Former-Member that’s a lot
I’m amazed you can pretend to smile.
Do you have any supports in all this?
Being homeless is certainly not going to help your MH
I can see how your sleep is disrupted

@Till23 that's just the tip of the iceberg.
My thing is if I don't laugh, I'll cry.
The only support I have is my GP.
I have an appointment with my doctor tomorrow and I don't even know what to talk to him about. Like a week ago I had so many things that I wanted to say but didn't get to. Now I just feel like i have nothing to say, like nothing matters.

My saying I say to myself or people that ask something is one foot in front of the other @Former-Member
I’m glad you have your GP appointment tomorrow. Try to say as much as you can, maybe write a list.
When you’re feeling like nothing matters that’s a pretty big thing.
Is the GP aware of your insecure housing situation?
I think you said something about your mother but I gather that is not a supportive relationship. Do you have siblings or close friends

@Till23 yeah that's another saying I use.
I had a list last week, still have it but everything just feels irrelevant now. I know the feeling like nothing matters is a big thing, especially from past experiences.
Yeah my doctor knows about my situation, he wrote a letter to support me but it didn't change anything.
Yeah definitely not a supportive relationship and nope I don't have anyone no friends or family.
