hey @rav3n going ok. just fatigued mostly. i was suppose to have supports today but she had to cancel as unwell.
i put a load of washing on but i cant hang it out so ill have to rewash another day when i have help to hang it out.

sorry to hear she had to cancel @outlander i can understand that it must be super exhausting on your own, hoping you're getting plenty of rest too. is there anything that's been helping you relax and recharge your energy?

not really @rav3n i am jsut tired alot atm. i think. i didnt realise how bad my fatigue and energy levels are till i stopped and slowed down.
i havent left the house in a week though either because i cant drive and i havent had supports so thats probably also not helping.

@outlander just dealing with intrusive thoughts, vivid flashbacks, graphic scenarios playing out in my head.
I was meant to have a doctors appointment on Monday that I needed desperately but it was cancelled as my doctor couldn't make it in.
My lease is up for renewal but they are putting my rent up and I can't afford it so in less than a month I'm going to be homeless.
I'm trying hard to keep myself distracted but everything is against me.

can you speak to your landlords about keeping the lease as it is?
definently speak to public housing about emergency and priority housing. and the housing trust as well
i had been facing homelessness for many months and it is truley awful. please reach out to services if your landlord wont agree to keep the rent the same.
i do rmemeber you were suppose to see your gp. did they offer an alternate appointment time? if not maybe call back and say it is more urgent and you cant wait 2 weeks to see him/her

@outlander I've exhausted every avenue possible, and ringing the land agent won't do anything other than result in me being abused and left in tears.
My appointment is on Friday but it's proving to be a real struggle trying to get through until then.
