could you speak to your gp or psychiatrist about something for sleep? its so hard to function when theres minimal sleep happening

@outlander we tried 2 medications. One didn't help and one sent me into a psychotic episode and trying to take my own life. So medication is out now and I don't have a psychiatrist just a gp who I'm seeing tomorrow. It's been over 10 weeks of this now and I'm beyond exhausted.

that is really tough @Former-Member and sounds scary too.
do you have a psychologist as well as your gp?
i don have a psychiatrist anymore as i couldnt find a medication balance but my psychologist has been a life saver in working on well everything

@outlander i can't. Too much damage was done so now I can't talk to anyone other than my gp.
