Hi @Spike2503
I can only imagine how challenging this must be for you right now. Please know that your emotional safety and well-being are top priority. I hope a supportive network of loved ones surrounds you and are taking care of yourself during this difficult time.
Reaching out online for support is a huge step, and I'm grateful you're taking this brave step.
What coping mechanisms have helped you navigate challenging situations in the past?
Reflecting on your strengths and resilience can be incredibly empowering.
Remember, you deserve all the time and space you need to process your emotions, gather your thoughts, and make informed decisions about your next steps.
Be gentle with yourself, and don't hesitate to lean on those who care about you.

Hello and welcome to the forums @Spike2503
I'm so sorry to hear that you're going through this. Things that have gotten me through heartbreak are reaching out to my friends and family and other supports, so reaching out here is already a great step.
As @Paralyzed has said, take your time to process what has happened and be gentle with yourself ❤️

Hey @Spike2503 , I'm sorry to hear about what happened. I can imagine how hard it can be.
Are you living/speaking with your husband? (Please answer only if you feel up to it). The reason I'm asking is because the way forward can look different depending on if you are under the same roof, have children involved etc.
As I said, please don't feel pressured to answer if you don't feel up to it.
