Relationship breakup

Relationship breakup

Hello All,

My partner of 2 years ended up the relationship addressing codependency.
I know he loves me and I love him alot, he is struggling through his own work and life in general.

its only been 4 days,I’ve been reflecting everything and I acknowledge the codependency, and I’m trying my best to work on it.

i fill my days keeping myself busy with work and friends support but at night when I go to bed and close my eyes, all I can think of is my partner and I

laughing and loving each other, we didn’t have any bad memories.
I can’t sleep, and I tend to cry all night alone in my house. My heart is so weak and my mental health is uncontrollable at night that I don’t want to live anymore.

i know that I should not think like this but it’s the feeling creeps along.
