Trying to beat the hopelessness

Trying to beat the hopelessness

I'm trying to keep fighting, any glimmer of hope I get just gets crushed everytime. My head says protect yourself, you can't expect help anymore, no one is coming. You're not good enough, or they don't hear you. I don't really know either way all I get is turned away and I don't know how you are expected to finally be brave and desperate enough to to reach out and to only be constantly declined. I am really losing my fight. I am tired and running out of options. I spend hours on google and nothing new comes. I sit on my phone looking at my contacts hoping I've missed a potential support and there is no one. My hope is depleting. I just don't want to anymore really. Even this sane mh support I've tried since November and they keep not replying. I get so close then I must get lost in their system. I swear I have a sign on my head saying just leave here, don't help this one.

Re: Trying to beat the hopelessness

@Former-Member I'm so sorry that you're being so let down by the system. You are absolutely worthy of support and the fact that you haven't been receiving the support that you need is a reflection on the issues within the mh system, and not on you or your worth.

If you were able to get the support that you're needing right now what would that look like?

Are you feeling that you're safe right now?

I'd also like to follow up the issues you're experiencing with the SANE supports, but we can talk about that a bit later if you're not up for that right now.

And I think safety is individual everyone seems to have different perspectives about it @Ru-bee

I'm going to send you through an email in a minute, if you're able to keep an eye out for it that would be great

No idea can't seen anything but I don't think I'm meant to. I don't know why I have listened to any of the songs that help is not coming. No one cares.
