Mental health and isolation- 2025 update

Update 2025:

Last month, I drove my car into the corner of my parents' house while struggling with high testosterone levels and severe loneliness. I've been feeling paranoid that society or the community doesn’t want me near women.

I acted out of (yes, wrongfully) anger at my genetics.

Embarrassing my age (34).

I had been in mental health facility for a.few weeks, out for last couple weeks and seeking ongoing support.

Isolation is driving me crazy.

My apologies I missed this post earlier @Wesco5454 . Thank you for your update. How are you feeling now? What support are you looking for from the community here? I hear how lonely it can be for you at times.
