Something’s not right

I want to do everything all at once... HELP!

I want to do everything all at once... HELP!

I would be calling the support line but they're not open right now.

I just have so much that I want to do and think about, and not enough time.

My focus is shot... I'm scattered and excited all at once.

Energy... but can't decide where to put it.

Discover the secrets of the universe...

Or learn music theory...

Or renovate teh house...

Or write quirky, funny advertisements...

Or exercise... run, gym, swim, stretch, martial arts!

Watch ALL the martial arts movies...

Read intensely ALL the science fiction short stories from 1970's to now (and collect them!)

Cook and eat all the delicious things...

But, I can't for the life of me do the dishes or fold the damn laundry! /cry

I've been away, and busy helping a friend move house these past days.

I'm waking early and my brain is like: "Ready... now!" but my body is more: "Bleaaargh".

Brain wins.

I have to move.

I know it'll prob take ages for a response so no pressure haha!

I just needed to put this somewhere.

What do I do? Do I let it out? Do I squash it down and contain it?

Is there any other alternative?

I attended a professional learning today on wellbeing. In this session, they spoke about 1-2 mins movement break every 45-60 mins is enough to support one's mental health and wellbeing @KirSa_EnigmA

As for your to-do list, good on you for having one in the first place.

On Tuesday, I actually completed my to-do list! I felt so good that I haven't written another to-do list since...lol

Do what works @KirSa_EnigmA . If you feel you can clean your house, go for it. If you can't, then leave it.

Being bipolar isn't easy @KirSa_EnigmA and I remember the pressures of thoughts and impulses in the middle of the night. Be kind to yourself, it sounds as though you're doing well. Todo lists are good but so is recognising when we need to draw breath and ease up a little.
