I don't know what to say because i don't know if what is going on is really happening. I don't feel manic.

It's not an episode.

So it has to be right.

@Scarebear83 what's the appointment for if you don't mind sharing? Is it something that's important and could help at the moment?

You still have a bit of time before the appointment so let's just take things one step at a time.

I know a shower feels too much right now but are you able to splash some water on your face or even use a flannel to wipe your face? Just something small that you can do for yourself.
