Not feeling ok
Hi everybody I'm new here just checking in and wanting help with not feeling mentally well. I've been taking my medication, but I just don't feel ok. I'm not feeling myself today

Welcome to the forums! I'm sorry you don't feel okay.
Is this something ongoing or is it a 'new' thing that you are feeling?
If you feel up to it, what does 'not feeling ok' mean for you? Physical? Mental Health? Can pinpoint?
Please know you are not alone.

@Roses86 it's really hard when our mental health is affecting us. It's a safe space here to chat about how you are feeling and the community will help however they can. Whether that's by giving advice, help with who to reach out to for support or even just to chat.
