I have one cat @Shaz51, a short-haired grey tabby and white, he's getting old but he's still fiesty and a great hunter.

Didn't seem right 'liking' that post, but I just wanted to let you know I got it 🙂 Sleep sounds like the best medicine if you can, and don't forget water - it's surprising how many of us don't drink enough of it and all the repercussions from not. . . headaches is one of them. @Shaz51
I just want to say I'm thinking of you @Mazarita, hope you doing ok I'm going to watch some dvds now. I can tell I need to take a little space. I'm so glad @outlander went to the doctor.
