What am I supposed to do

I don't know what to do anymore. I'm sick of going through this, of hurting, of the constant thoughts and urges, being such a let down and a burden on everyone, of these panic attacks.

I'm sorry to everyone I've bothered and let down. I'm sorry that I'm always so negative and depressed. I'm sorry that no matter how hard i try to be positive, the negative just always creeps in. But most of all I'm just sorry that I'm me and I'm sorry that I'm here.

I'm sorry 😞

@rav3n i made my week super chill, and it's helped. I had a bad week the last few weeks and needed to reset. I took some space and have been trying to ground myself. I went to a library craft group this morning and a few people remembered me from ages ago, and it felt good.

@The-red-centaur ooo i've never worked with resin but i think i recall @Captain24 working with it a few months ago. do you have any tips with working with resin @Captain24 ?

glad keeping things chill this week has helped. it's such a nice feeling when people remember you!! what'd you work on in the library crafts session?

Hi @The-red-centaur

I have done a little bit with resin kits. I was nervous the first time. It’s actually not that hard. Make sure all your measurements are spot on and that you stir it for a few minutes to mix it and get rid of the bubbles. Is it a clear kit or coloured?

@Captain24 i actually don't know. I haven't opened it yet. I got it on sale at a book shop and was like that sounds fun.

It is fun @The-red-centaur. I quite enjoyed it. My first one was clear so it was easy my second I tried colours and it didn’t turn out how I wanted but I know to do it differently next time. I’ve got a lot of coasters between resin and mosaic. I don’t even use them!

@The-red-centaur woah LOVE that painting so far, i wish i had your skills!! and you did that in a few hours!? so good!!

@Captain24 i've heard that resin's quite hard to work with, and for your first few trials to come out like that is pretty amazing!! the swirly blue-green looks catches my eyes
