Yes, sometimes it is better not to take life too seriously and find comfort in the little things, the simple, everyday moments that make us happy.

@Former-Member I don’t know what to say. I really don’t.
I can identify with people who have been lied to repeatedly; Gaslit; publicly embarrassed, emotionally abused, financially abused, had their professional careers ruined.
I worked in politics for two narcipaths, both women. I also worked for some good people. Loved my job because I could do things to help people.
I had the ability to attract a variety Narcipaths, one after another.
I set a goal with my psychologist and counsellor, that I wanted to learn skills to have quality relationships and it has worked.
We all have our own journey. I don’t know what my future holds, but I got this bit right.
@Former-Member the shite treatment being dished out by this person or people is always about them. You could be anyone and they would still do the same thing.
