Hi I stumbled on this page. Looking for forum or a group who understand the complexities of caring for bipolar. We have been managing this on our own and can feel very lonely. Are there forums or groups for parents or carers?

Carers and family are welcome anywhere on our forums, but we do also have a dedicated friends, family and carer's space which you can check out here
Again, there are lots of carers on here who like to interact all over the forums, I'm sure some will introduce themselves soon. I hear that it can be a very lonely experience being a carer, but please know that you're not alone.
