Re: Life and trauma
@Former-Member At least the day is almost over.... and then we get to do it all again.
I think ive just been so focussed on getting past Christmas this past week, i forgot about all the other crap coming up.

Re: Life and trauma
@MJG017 whilst the day might almost be over, the night certainly isn't.
Just try to take things day by day, i know that's easier said than done. But when there's so much coming up it can help to just break it down into manageable parts.

Re: Life and trauma
@Former-Member Thanks. Its when i look past the next day that things get difficult. As much as I try to focus on the moment, sometimes the damn brain will just insist on looking ahead.

Re: Life and trauma
@Former-Member I'm confident that I have have this... just not sure how much longer that will be true for. Even more reason to get the most out of each day though.

@MJG017 day by day is all you can do. And know that I'm always here if I can do anything to help.

Re: Life and trauma
@MJG017 thankyou. I won't put my problems on you at the moment though. It sounds like you have enough to deal with already.

@Former-Member Feel free. One of the reasons i joined here a few months ago was i found supporting others helped me more than anything else i tried. Thats why i decided to do the peer support course next year.
