It's the first time i've been on for a couple of days. I'm just taking some time to myself and just trying to get my head in a better space. I think i've just ignored it and pushed on for a bit too long the past few weeks. So i will get around to replying to any posts soon hopefully.

I'm sorry to hear about your flashback, but it sounds like you did take some positives from it, which is good. Hopefully what you learnt continues to be very helpful for you.

We're both okay thanks. I think we're both just a bit stressed at the moment. My partner with work or me with, well, life. You know how it is.

I completely understand that @MJG017. I have spent less time on the forums of late.

Thanks, I recovered from flashback relatively quickly and I will discuss my “learning” with psych at next appointment. Overall I am better than I was when I started on the forums in January and that’s at least to some extent due to the supportive environment of the forums, including you.

I hope you can get your head in a better place quickly.

We’ve also got the other thread, if you want to chat on there, if it might be helpful.

Yep @Former-Member I’ll have to now because chemist has closed. Hopefully it doesn’t get too hot too quickly tomorrow here or there.
