Ah, gotcha @Former-Member
Is your surrounding area safe? Do you have anything to distract while you wait?

Re: Life and trauma
@Ru-bee sort of. I'm thinking about doing my colouring but I don't know if I can

There is an app called
Beyond Now
It’s by Beyond Blue and Lifeline
It’s a suicide safety plan
you may find it useful.

I'm so sorry the appointment didn't bring good news for you. I know you've tried a couple of other services, but have you talked to Homeless Connect SA (1800 003 308)
or Catherine House (8232 2282, catherinehouse.org.au, reception@catherinehouse.org.au)
Also I think some places have financial assistance for emergency accommodation like St Vinnies, AnglicareSA, UntitingSA, CentraCare. So there's a few option to try and if they can't directly help, maybe one or two of them will have some good advice for you.

Re: Life and trauma
@MJG017 I've just rang another couple of places. I'm trying so hard to find a way out of this. Head space wasn't great and I spoke to a crisis service who called an ambulance. But at the moment I'm ok, not great but ok.
I'm sitting watching my TV show and doing some colouring. Still waiting for the ambulance to show even though it's not necessary they will still come out just to make sure I'm ok.

Re: Life and trauma
Have you done any colouring that you liked lately @Former-Member?
Or would watching something feel more doable at the moment?
