You know what @Macey ? The verse you quoted above was exactly something I was thinking about last night when I was reading through the news. There is so much crime that stems from money - deaths, murders, criminal acts....

😔 and what's nothing new about that @tyme like this story about 3000 years ago I guess that long when these guys sold their very very own brother named Joseph for money and even told their dad that his son was eaten by wolves!!

Absolutely! It's not about money itself. We need money, like we need food. But loving money OR food OR anything over the Lord can be seen as a transgression. Hence the verse "Thou shalt love the Lord thy God with all thy heart, and with all thy soul, and with all thy mind." Mt 22:37 @Macey
