Anxiety is high

I’m really angry with myself because I can’t find anything that keeps me calm or good or a little better.
I’m going from crochet to watching the start of a movie to sweeping to listening to music to laying in my bed flicking through fb.
m going crazy!!!
I don’t know why I’m so bad.

Aww hun!! @BlueBay got those restlessness blues, I know em well!! It's like... why is nothing satisfying? I go to pick up a book or something and just get smacked by a wave of exhaustion. Sounding about right?

Sometimes movement helps, cos I think my body is just too full of agitation to do much else. But it's hard when you also feel so lethargic. That or I might try to force myself to do something I don't wanna, like the dishes, and then oh hey look at that suddenly scrolling my phone doesn't sound so bad... 🤣

In any case, ain't nothing 'bad' about ya!! Hehe 💜

Garden was very overgrown, looks better now , the trailer is full , can't go to the dump because of the flooding

Oh you and me both @Shaz51 I have literally a huge tarp full of green waste and no idea how to get rid of... unless I pay like $60 to drop at the tip! Ridiculous!
