Petrol price will affect everyone and everything I guess @Shaz51 . Hope you don't have shortages as well like some towns in WA.

I use public transport or taxis and most taxis seem to be electric now.

I had pasta with tuna and veggies/tomatoes tonight. I'll go for a walk now. It's still quite warm.

A bit of down day for me today but also emotionally a lot quieter. i did get 7 hours sleep last night, over 3 sleeps, so that was good. Hopefully that keeps improving. Have been doing meditations exercises dealing with anger, anxiety and insomnia they have been helpful but they are no immediate help unfortunately. For despite me having more sleep i have been rather tired and drained today and haven't been very active apart of doing these meditations exercises as well as some quality time chatting with our oldest son who popped past to say hi.

It is about mastering my emotional reality instead of being mastered by it. That is going to take a bit of unlearning as well as learning to accomplish.

i have learned to respect this man's understanding of trauma victims and how best deal with them.

And would you feel okay about another hearing aid?

Got the NDIS forms rolling I have to get the doctor information @AuntGlow

Give it a try , 65 years old is the cut out point

And I am on the DSP and the NDSS now

Another hearing aid is find until my hearing totally decreases

Could not get doctors appointment for another 2 weeks , crazy

Hows the process of the cochlear implants going? Are you vibing with your kidney buddy, how’s all the genetic testing stuff going? How’s your husband traveling? No cochlear implants yet as my hearing is very bad but not bad enough for implants yet

Finally got. A doctors appointment next Thursday to get all the results of the scans and xrays and blood tests

Kidney buddy is nice , she has cysts growing on her organs , she has had her Kidney and liver transplants so far

We have only one grandson close to us so it was nice spending time with them after shopping on Tuesday

I am applying for the NDIS at the moment as well

Hubby is still having trouble with sleeping every night,

Finally got the heart specialist on board now too

I am glad to hear you feel like you are connecting with your kidney buddy and that’s she’s nice 😊, wow she’s had a kidney and liver transplant what an amazing lady she’s been through so much too.
