hello everyone 😎

Was not sure where to write this

so, I have started a new thread

thank you @Oaktree , @Ru-bee for thinking of me today 😍

my results from the doctor was not really good

  • my Kidney function have decreased to 17%
  • my Liver and diabetes levels are up
  • I have Osteoporosis which i will need medication as my bone density has decreased because of the kidney disease
  • they believe that the Liver function is up because of the kidney disease
  • Kidney disease affects every part of your body
  • scan also shows the tinny of my kidney

Sounds like you are making strong boundaries though.

Can you turn off the sound for incoming messages on your phone?

It's hard I imagine @Shaz51 trying to weigh up whether telling Mr Shaz is a good idea or not.

Good to share - you know that saying "a problem shared is a problem halved", but that doesn't account for the reaction of the person you tell. If they get upset or angry etc, you might end up having to support them

What happened with your cousin sounds really hard... I am so sorry to hear he was nasty, no one deserves that kind of treatment. I am glad you are setting some boundaries around messaging and protecting your peace. What else do you need right now? I know Mr. Shaz doesn't know, but can he give you some love and cuddles? @Shaz51 💕
