There is no time for the Peritoneal dialysis starting yet

Blood tests next week, doctor in 2 weeks

Husband is not sleeping well so that means I am not sleeping well either

Especially the not sleeping on top of it all. Do you and Mr Shaz have separate beds/bedrooms to retreat into? My parents have had to have separate sleeping spots available for like 20 years now cos mum's snoring was so bad 😅

Mr shaz will go out to the couch in the early morning so not to bother me but I also have been restless nights too

Mr shaz has a sleep in the afternoon, I can't seem to do that so I relax on the couch

@Shaz51 I struggle to nap too - but a 'power down' as I call it (reducing all sensory input as much as possible and being horizontal and still for minimum 20 minutes) is still restful!! Mythbusters taught me that, hehe 😉
