hello everyone 😎

Was not sure where to write this

so, I have started a new thread

thank you @Oaktree , @Ru-bee for thinking of me today 😍

my results from the doctor was not really good

  • my Kidney function have decreased to 17%
  • my Liver and diabetes levels are up
  • I have Osteoporosis which i will need medication as my bone density has decreased because of the kidney disease
  • they believe that the Liver function is up because of the kidney disease
  • Kidney disease affects every part of your body
  • scan also shows the tinny of my kidney

Yeah @Shaz51 there's a bit of stuff to do to get going, but people find it ok when they get used to it.

It will put a dent in your all night clubbing though 😂

Crystal Jellyfish 🪼 can reset and rejuvenate their cells.

Humans cells make copies. The quality of the copy decreases every time it is duplicated.
That is why we age.

Feelings have been wide and varied depending on what they are about. Some good, some bad and a whole lot of in between. I think I am going to add the jellyfish to my metaphor collection, especially for when I am feeling agitated. I need a way to reference those feelings without going deep into them.
