Yesterday I was very emotional and teary 😢

Today we mowed my aunty's lawn and my aunty gave me a big hug 🫂

After a load of washing we spent the afternoon in aircon watching Sherlock Holmes

After the cry Yesterday about all the news it is back to one day at a time here again

I’m not surprised you were emotional yesterday @Shaz51 such a lot to take in and process. A normal reaction to an abnormal situation.

Such resilience and positive attitude to be mowing lawns and putting one foot in front of the other (as I say) or doing it one day at a time

@Shaz51 I'm so sorry Shazzy my sister that the results don't sound great. I do hope the dr can provide steps on how to manage all this. It is a lot to take in! How's the new hearing aid going?

Also there’s absolutely a treatment for osteoporosis. My mum has it and it is an injection you get every 6 months. It's called prolea. Please ask your dr about it. It makes a world of difference to my mum.

Also please be very careful of climbing on this or potential falls.

How's the weather there? Sydney is rainy and humid today. My daughter and I still went for a walk and it was lovely. Thinking of you Shazzy and sending you the biggest warmest hug I can give ❤️ 🫂

It’s overcast with passing showers here. Got my sport in this morning (just) and had breakfast with team afterwards so that was good. Have to do an annual test for my sport shortly. Then I can relax so I’ll be ready for table tennis on Monday!
