Oh I am glad that the trucks got through and you were able to get some supplies. That’s at least something. I hope you don’t end up with another cyclone as we don’t really want you cut off again.

Please take care and look after yourself. I've know you've got a lot on your plate and no matter how large your plate it, there comes a time when you can fill it with anymore.

You are in a LOT of pain, aren’t you my friend.

I had osteoporosis because of a hyperparathyroid adenoma. Lying down at night was the most excruciating pain.

I don’t have osteoporosis now, because I had the adenoma removed in 2021.

I have arthritis in my hands. The only thing that makes the swelling go down is sauna and fresh carrot juice 🥕

Neither of which helps you at all.

Thanks for the update dear @Shaz51 💕. You're right, there is a lot going on for you 😕. A lot too for all the respective specialists to juggle and get right.

Really hope that cyclone does not develop. That's one thing you can definitely do without. Fingers crossed. 🪷🍀🌺
