So many people have been saying how great my mum was , I know that

And someone said the other day that I look so much like my mum and how I am keeping her gardens alive

Part of the grief process is about allowing yourself to celebrate her life and remember all the blessing she brought to you all. @Shaz51

We are here for you @Shaz51 . I hear she was such a wonderful, fiercely independent woman.

@Shaz51 , I am sitting here with you sis as you grieve the loss of your mum. There would be so much of her in you. Her strength for one thing. Grief will get easier and more tolerable with time. It is part of us but it changes. I hope you were gentle with yourself as you took the time to sit with the sadness and loss.

I have been so drained by work, husband and mum duties. I haven't even been on the net so I'm sorry fro not being around in the forum as much.
