hello everyone 😎

Was not sure where to write this

so, I have started a new thread

thank you @Oaktree , @Ru-bee for thinking of me today 😍

my results from the doctor was not really good

my Kidney function have decreased to 17%
my Liver and diabetes levels are up
I have Osteoporosis which i will need medication as my bone density has decreased because of the kidney disease
they believe that the Liver function is up because of the kidney disease
Kidney disease affects every part of your body
scan also shows the tinny of my kidney

@Shaz51 Sorry to hear you are struggling insomnia down there. This can be so disconcerting when already struggling. Are you facing difficult issues which are keeping you awake or just one of those times?

i hope you will be able to crash soon. Insomnia sucks big time!🤗
