That really is a lot to navigate... what do you think might make this balance feel slightly easier?

@AuntGlow , I have written down all the appointments in another diary that I am keeping in my bag

I have marked them all on the wall calendar so i can see them coming up and when something comes up in between I can see on the calendar and say yes or no we cant

How are you feeling today? --- feeling a lot better now that I am doing the above @Nala2022 , hoping nothing unexpected comes up to change it

having an MRI and an ECHO

I can't drive so hubby has to drive everywhere

he is ok for a while on big days but i have to say when it is enough and go back home

going over that and the whole day goes downhill from there

I'm sure you will both be there for each other and will know when it gets all too much

Got the results this afternoon after this morning

And I have moderate damage to my mitral valve prolapse and bicuspid aortic valve

Will need regular check ups and will need surgery in the future when it gets worse
