hello everyone 😎

Was not sure where to write this

so, I have started a new thread

thank you @Oaktree , @Ru-bee for thinking of me today 😍

my results from the doctor was not really good

  • my Kidney function have decreased to 17%
  • my Liver and diabetes levels are up
  • I have Osteoporosis which i will need medication as my bone density has decreased because of the kidney disease
  • they believe that the Liver function is up because of the kidney disease
  • Kidney disease affects every part of your body
  • scan also shows the tinny of my kidney

Glad you try to ignore @Shaz51 but it can still get to us hey. What do you do to like, reassure yourself if their comments start to grate?

It might feel like that sometimes @Jynx but it's good they're keeping an eye on things... I'd be a bit overwhelmed and confused trying to keep track.

That is why I have it all written down @Dimity , @Jynx , @rav3n

My hubby gets very overwhelmed with it all so I have to keep a note of it all

I need to build myself a new habit of writing all my stuff down in a physical diary, not chucking it in my phone and hoping for the best! Do you just use a regular diary or you got like a bullet journal or something like that?

Over time I have

A diary for me

And I print out a 2 week calendar on each sheet of paper which I place on the table

And also write on the wall calendar

Happy to hear your news about improved kidney function results @Shaz51 . An increase from 17% back up to 19% is significant, so I am happy for you. 💕🤗
