I'm excited to see you @Teej, so sorry you've had a relapse. Hope hospital has helped, doesn't for some. One day at a time Teej 🙂 Life has improved overall for me since I came on here a year or so back. Actually go out three times a week now, work and ladies study group. Have bad days and physical pain not good, getting older I guess. I post a lot on the SAD thread if you wanna drop in there. 💜
