@ArraDreaming You see if you're still forgetting things. Hopefully it was just a forgetful day for you.

Re: feeling sensory overloaded

@ArraDreaming we can see how your feeling then and if you still feel like things havent gotten any better, than we can talk about it some more. But lets not worry too much just yet. Take a few days and see how you feel. We'll all still be here for you if nothing has changed. Just try to relax for tonight. I've learnt from my own health issues over the past couple of years the worrying about things that might be wrong, really just makes things a lot more stressful.

What if I have a brain aneurysm in my sleep tonight @MJG017

Re: feeling sensory overloaded

@ArraDreaming i think you have the same chance of that happening tonigh, as any of us have of it happening to ourselves tonight.

We all find, especially as we get older, we start to forget little things ever now and then. Our mind is like the rest of us . Its gets a little slower and a bit more creaky as we age. I honestly can tell you, that i am certain you wont have any serious brain injury tonight.

But the chance of working yourself into a panic attack is what concerns me more. Take some deep breaths and try to think just how realistically you feel these concerns you are having are. Are they a real possibility or are you letting this fear spiral out of control? What do you feel is the more likely of the two? What would you tell someone who was worried about a brain aneurysm tonight? Keep asking yourself these questions and it may help you to think more with what you know, rather that what you feel. Emotional thinking can be a lot harder to control than our normal thinking. Can you sit down with you wife and talk with her? About anything... just to quiet down this emotional thinking you're going through right now.
