I’m having a meltdown, carer fatigue. The carers section, where did it go? Centrelink anxiety

Hi, I’d like to know where i can give feedback on a disability employment agency. Their incompetency has cost my daughter her disability pension. They failed to link her appointments since June and now she has been suspended from her pension. I am so close to melting down, spending hours on the phone with Centrelink, with different people, giving me different advice, when i get a number to make an appointment, it said, unable to help call again another time. I am having a breakdown of my own. I started crying on the phone. I’m freaking out with anxiety. The turnover of staff is mind blowing. My daughter has had 6 new staff over 18months. I talk to them on the phone and they say looking of the system, they say there is no suspension.

hey @Dark_Olena i hear your frustration!! as someone who's experienced moderate/severe levels of social anxiety before, i know how difficult replying to an email can be and i'm really sorry that you've had to deal with people who aren't as educated or aware of how the combination of autism & social anxiety can effect people.

i'm assuming you're probably familiar with this page already but I wonder if you could perhaps contact the 'general enquiries' or the 'feedback' pages to see if they can provide you more information or refer you to someone to discuss the impacts of your daughter's social struggles?
