Hi @Cats101
I am in the same situation at the moment so I am unsure in terms of advice.
But I just wanted to reach out and let you know that someone is listening and you are not alone.

Hi @Cats101. I'm so sorry that you're feeling so distraught right now. As @tyme suggested, if you feel like you need to talk to someone right now then call one of those numbers listed. They are there to help people in this very position and can direct you to services that can help to keep you safe.
If you prefer, you can tall us about what has you feeling like you're at this breaking point. You're not alone here. People understand and are willing to listen and provide any support they can. It took a lot of strength to post here so continue to using that strength that we can all see that you have and reach out for support where ever you feel comfortable. Take care of yourself and let us know how you're going.

Hi @Cats101
I'm so sorry you are struggling tonight. You must be feeling very alone and frightened.
If you feel up to it I would contact Lifeline crisis tonight on 13 11 14. They operate 24/7. I call them when I'm in crisis and they can usually calm me down. If you haven't rung Lifeline before an automated voice will ask you if you are in crisis, if so, press 1. Otherwise you'll be put through to the regular counsellors. We are all here for you.
I hope you'll feel better in the morning.
