We all have a project, hobby, interest or goal that we’re working on throughout our healing journey. Or perhaps you don’t but want to be inspired by others to try something new!

Just looking for ways to describe my experience without diving into the heavier concepts like “what is normal” and “what is Schizophrenia”. I tried to understand my parents who both had that diagnosis. They weren’t able to be there for me, sometimes physically absent, sometimes psychologically absent, and dad died when I was 11. I didn’t really fit that diagnosis but felt more normal relating to people with psych history…. Der, words can turn me in circles.

@BPDSurvivor The elephants are finally settling in our open range zoo. I love science with a bit of heart. I am pretty rusty on the dry mathematical side.
