struggling again

hi my friends @Emelia8 @Shaz51 @Eve7 @oceangirl and everyone else i have missed

i have come on here for a little bit - part of me misses a lot of the members that have helped me over the years and i am lonely and need to chat

i have had two surgeries lately which have taken it's toll. waiting for results for 2 weeks sent me into a high anxiety spin. results back now and all good, no cancer in my thyroid but it had to come out.

on new meds which is helping me lose weight.

fathers day was a bad day. i have no contact with my parents because of my mum, as some of you know she has been horrible to me.

more PTSD childhood trauma reappearing last week which sent me into a panic state

been seeing my psych and dr fortnightly as i haven't been good

i have been crocheting handbags and baby blankets and a cafe has decided they will take some to sell.

Little A is almost 7 can you believe it?

i really miss my dad and i don't know what to do anymore; i feel so stuck. he is 87 now and not good with his health.

Wow, an empty nester aye? And it all happened so quickly. But it sounds like both boys are happily settled, which is great.

Looks as though little A is progressing nicely through school, and thriving. Don't they grow up soo quickly!

Really hope your latest medication change is a successful one for you. It's always a tough process. The sound therapy sounds interesting and it's fantastic you have found a therapist you can work with.

Sorry to hear you have been unwell and your recent challenges. Hold onto the things that give you peace and strength. Your granddaughter is growing up fast, and your boys are doing well too.

Hope the recent medication change is helpful for you and you start to feel better.
