And just a handy forums tip for all - to make sure that other's are notified when you're replying to their post you can tag them by pressing "@" and then selecting their name from the drop down menu. You'll know if it worked because the name will then appear in blue like this @rav3n

Wow, Thanks for the warm welcome. Wish I knew about this place before, especially in my darker days. It's so good to know I'm not the only one going through life's challenges and dealing with them in the way my brain and mind process them. Professional help in seeing the light at the end of the tunnel has helped me in the past. Even when I thought there was no hope.

What helps to get me from going back there is that other people have the same troubles I have, and most importantly people care about me. I am worthwhile. Thank you so much for this service and everyone on it

Thank you for sharing this @Glenn942 I'm sure it hasn't been easy, but it's amazing to hear about how you've had the ability to find light in the darkness.

What also stood out to me was how we can gain strength just by knowing that others have been where we are, and have navigated their way through. That's something so powerful about peer-led spaces where you can connect with people at all stages of their journey. Thanks so much for being here, I'm really glad that you've found this space too!
