Things have been very hectic and stressful here. Not gonna lie, not coping too well, but I managed to get a new Mental health care plan and looking at my options for a psych.
I started playing netball last night for the first time in almost 2 years. That was something fun and just for me.

I am going well, thanks @Hopefulwings 😊 Hope today isn't a hectic one for you and you can get some good rest or a good coffee (or both!)

Good on you @Madcat for getting that MHCP, good luck on finding the right psych for you, hoping that it's a smooth process for you. And that's so cool about re-starting netball! It's great that despite struggling lately you've been able to take those steps for yourself, it shows real resilience. What position do you play? I was always a GK myself 😄

I can play at either end, so GK or GS. I’m getting on in age so prefer the GS role at the moment, but they put me in GA for a few quarters so I’m feeling it this morning. I also umpire juniors and coach my own daughter’s team. So it’s a busy night for me. But I am passionate about kids playing sport so I find it very satisfying and enjoyable.

Thanks for sharing. You mentioned BPD, trauma, AuDHD...

I can say I have a wealth of experience in most of these areas! I've lived with the struggles of BPD for many many years, and it stemmed from trauma.

Over the years, I've had to work hard at regulating my emotions. It's been a big challenge, but I feel I'm in a good place now.
