Good one @Former-Member I think that is a helpful brochure/ promotional material.

I've always focused on the personal growth benefits of seeing a therapist (myself).

As far as trauma healing work goes - there are usually many traumatic events, not just one.

That sounds good & helpful @Shaz51 A soak with Epsom salts or a massage is probably what I needed.

Very achy & sore.

I'm not earning enough (cannot afford) for a massage, yet.

I left new printer installed, since Friday afternoon - too complicated.

So will have to work that out some other time.

I did get two new lovely Orange Canaries - consolation prize, after a long tough week.

They seem happy, with some other canary company (in aviary).
