you know when you're trying to express how distressed you are about your situation, and people pay lip service to being concerned but actually they're deliberately withholding and putting it all back onto you?

While I acknowledge the anger you hold @f0x , the community on here is only trying to support each other the best we can.

Maybe another way to frame it might be, is there a way to block or mitigate some of the beatings? Do you have a place, metaphorically or physically, that is yours and you feel safe there?
